How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on your square footage, the type of service and how often you'd like us. That's why we quote every space individually instead of posting one price. Request a quote and we'll reply with a clear number within one business day. Your first cleaning is 15% off.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with professional equipment and products. If you prefer a specific product for your floors or surfaces, just let us know.
Will I get the same cleaners each time?
Yes. For recurring clients we send the same team every visit, so they learn your home and your preferences and you never have to explain things twice.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Every team member is background-checked and trained personally by Ilona. We are insured for your peace of mind.
What are your hours? Do you clean in the evening?
Home cleanings run 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Evening and after-hours cleaning is available for commercial clients by custom agreement. We do not offer overnight service.
How do I pay, and what if I'm not happy?
You pay after the cleaning is done, never before: cash, check, card or Zelle. Commercial clients get a monthly invoice. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it. No contracts, cancel anytime.

We are an insured, family-run cleaning company based in Prospect Heights, Illinois, founded in 2023. Every team member is background-checked and trained personally by Ilona. Illinois does not license house cleaners, so insurance and vetting are the protections that matter.
