What we do
We are a local cleaning company doing two things exceptionally well: recurring house cleaning, the maid service most of our clients book, and evening office cleaning for businesses. Everything else we offer supports them.
Weekly · Bi-weekly · Monthly
The same trusted cleaners, on a schedule that fits your life. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds, done the same way every time.
Offices · Retail · Churches · Schools
Reliable after-hours cleaning that keeps your space ready for clients, staff and congregations. Evening schedules, consistent crews, one point of contact.

Where we work
From Evanston to Naperville: a residential cleaning service for homes and janitorial-grade office cleaning for businesses. Nearby but not listed? Ask, we probably come to you.
A note from Ilona
I started Chicago Local Cleaning three years ago with one belief: the person cleaning your home should care about it the way you do. Every cleaner on our team is background-checked, trained by me personally, and returns to the same homes, so you never have to explain things twice.
We don't publish a single price because no two homes are alike. Tell us about yours and we'll give you an honest quote. No surprises when we arrive, and you pay only when the work is done.

Good to know
It depends on your square footage, the type of service and how often you'd like us. That's why we quote every space individually instead of posting one price. Request a quote and we'll reply with a clear number within one business day. Your first cleaning is 15% off.
Yes. Our team arrives with professional equipment and products. If you prefer a specific product for your floors or surfaces, just let us know.
Yes. For recurring clients we send the same team every visit, so they learn your home and your preferences and you never have to explain things twice.
Every team member is background-checked and trained personally by Ilona. We are insured for your peace of mind.
Home cleanings run 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Evening and after-hours cleaning is available for commercial clients by custom agreement. We do not offer overnight service.
You pay after the cleaning is done, never before: cash, check, card or Zelle. Commercial clients get a monthly invoice. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it. No contracts, cancel anytime.

If you are in Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Highland Park, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Oak Park, Oak Brook, Elmhurst, Naperville, Glenview, Deerfield or Northbrook, yes. Our recurring house cleaning is the maid service and housekeeping most families book, with the same team every visit.
We are an insured, family-run cleaning company based in Prospect Heights, Illinois, founded in 2023. Every team member is background-checked and trained personally by Ilona. Illinois does not license house cleaners, so insurance and vetting are the protections that matter.
It depends on square footage, number of bathrooms and how often you want us, which is why we quote each home individually rather than posting one price. Request a quote with the basics and we reply within one business day with a clear number. Your first cleaning is 15% off.
Yes. Evening office cleaning across the northwest and western suburbs is our second core service: offices, showrooms, medical front-of-house, churches and schools, with a consistent crew and monthly invoicing. We do not offer overnight service.
