Chicago Local Cleaning was founded in 2023 by Ilona in Prospect Heights, Illinois. We provide recurring house cleaning and evening office cleaning across Chicago's North Shore and northwest and western suburbs, with a small, background-checked team that returns to the same homes and offices every visit.

How the team is vetted
Every cleaner is background-checked before their first day and trained personally by Ilona on our checklist, on fine finishes like stone and hardwood, and on how to treat a client's home. Recurring clients get the same team every visit.
Insured, and you pay after
We are insured for your peace of mind and can provide documentation to building management. There are no contracts. You pay after the work is done, by cash, check, card or Zelle, and if something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it.
Where we work
Fifteen towns: Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Highland Park, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Oak Park, Oak Brook, Elmhurst, Naperville, Glenview, Deerfield and Northbrook. If you are nearby and do not see your town, ask.
Languages and hours
We speak English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. Appointments run 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Evening cleaning is available for commercial clients by custom agreement; we do not offer overnight service.
How quotes work
We do not publish one price because no two homes are alike. Tell us the ZIP, the service and the size, and a real person replies within one business day, usually much sooner, with a price for your actual space. The first cleaning is 15% off.
